How does GLOBALING protect my personal information?

How does GLOBALING collect my personal information?

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates or other companies

Why can’t I limit all sharing? 

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:


  • Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your credit worthiness 
  • Affiliates from using your information to market to you 
  • Sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

Affiliates 

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.  

Non-affiliates 

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. GLOBALING does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you. 

Joint Marketing 

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. GLOBALING does not share your personal information for joint marketing with non-affiliated companies.

For California Residents. We will not share information we collect about California residents with companies who are not affiliates, except as permitted by law, such as with your consent or to service your accounts. Among our affiliates, we will limit information sharing to the extent permitted by California law. You are not required to contact us for these elections to apply.
